Shipping

Free Shipping

There is a 1-2 working day processing lead-time on all products. Your order will typically arrive to you within 3-12 working days from the date of order processing. We process orders that are submitted before 5:00pm that same day, and if ordered after 5:00pm, the order will be processed the following working day.

 

If an item cannot be processed for any reason by the specified time, you will be contacted ASAP via email regarding same. If payment has been made by Cheque or Bank Transfer, the order will not be shipped until full payment has cleared through the relevant banking systems, this is typically, but not limited to, 7 working days. In cases where an order has not been received, we will absolutely do all we can to assist with tracing the order, but hold no liability for delayed deliveries, as shipping is handled by exterior courier companies. It is the duty of the customer to notify High5Gadgets of any damage to items in writing within 2 working days of the initial delivery date. Failure to notify High5Gadgets within this time-frame may hinder item replacement/refunds.

We ask customers to notify us within 2 working days of the expected delivery date if an item has not been received or they factually know that no delivery was attempted.

Returns

All product returns to High5Gadgets.ie require the completion of our RMA Request Form. This form should be returned to High5Gadgets.ie for processing and is accessed by clicking here.

Upon our receipt of your completed RMA Form, we will review the request and you will then be advised via email as to whether your return has been authorized or denied. Should your return be authorized, you will be forwarded full RMA details as to how to return the item. In some cases the customer will be required to contact the product manufacturer directly to authorize a return. In these instances, High5Gadgets.ie will advise customers of the returns procedure.

14 Day cooling off Period

Upon receipt of your goods we allow 48 hours, for you, the customer to perform what would be considered reasonable testing. If  for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you must submit an RMA form within this 48 hour period and return the product to High5Gadgets within 14 days. Please note, all goods must be returned in all original packaging and in a completely resell-able condition.

In the case of a service, the cooling-off period begins on the day the contract for distance selling was concluded.

In the case of digital content, the cooling-off period expires when the downloading or streaming starts.

This is in line with the “Distance Selling Directive”, so long as the packaging remains in an ‘as new’ state and the goods are in a completely resell able condition, otherwise your return may be rejected..

Goods must be returned at customers own expense.

RETURN PRIVILEGES

High5Gadgets.ie allows customer returns based on the policies of the original product manufacturer and that of our suppliers. Software is not returnable if the packaging has been opened. If software was distributed electronically, it is not returnable if the product license keys were downloaded.

Where a product is returned as unwanted, a 15% restocking fee may apply excluding all other delivery charges.

MANUFACTURER RESTRICTIONS POLICY

Manufacturer restrictions apply to certain products, as detailed below and as updated on occasion. Customer may obtain additional details by contacting us directly.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS

Customer may return most defective products directly to High5Gadgets.ie within fourteen (14) days of invoice date and receive, at High5Gadgets.ie’s option, replacement, exchange, or repair. After fourteen (14) days, only the manufacturer warranty applies.

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS

Customers may return most non-defective products directly to High5Gadgets.ie, for non defective products you must notify High5Gadgets within 48 hours of receiving your product by completion of the RMA Form and return the goods within 14 working days of delivery date providing the product(s) are in there original packaging and in a completely resell able condition. Please note, this ‘cooling off period’ is not applicable to Business customers.

RESTRICTED, MANUFACTURER-ONLY ASSISTANCE

Certain products cannot be returned to high5gadgets.ie for any reason—without exception—and in these cases, customers must contact the manufacturer directly for any needed assistance.[/toggle ]

Products that are specially ordered may be non-returnable or may have unique return restrictions on returns provided at the time of sale.

RETURN OF SOFTWARE OR DVDS

High5Gadgets.ie at its discretion can offer refunds only for unopened and undamaged software that is returned within 7 days of receiving goods.

RETURNED PRODUCTS CONDITION

All non-defective and/or unwanted returned products MUST BE returned complete, including all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, special gifts and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. High5Gadgets.ie reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete products or to charge a minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for returns that are accepted.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING COSTS

The customer is wholly responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. High5Gadgets.ie is responsible for the cost of shipping replacements or exchanges of returned items and will match customer’s shipping method whenever possible.

CUSTOMER SHIPPING INSURANCE

Customers are strongly advised to purchase full insurance to cover loss and damage in transit of returned items and to also use an approved, reputable carrier and shipping method that provides proof of delivery. High5Gadgets.ie is not responsible for any loss during the returns transit procedure.

RETURNS BY TELEPHONE

There is absolutely no communication by phone regarding returns issues. All returns requests must be submitted using our online returns form. All queries regarding returns must be submitted through email using the provided RMA Forms.
